Reviewed existing warehousing process and recommended changes to position client for warehouse automation. Analyzed and modified inventory and purchasing systems in order to improve inventory control.
Assisted client in resolving numerous issues with sales order processing, including: refined the order taking interface to streamline processing; designed and built a customer credit evaluation system; developed a system to accurately assess sales tax.
Developed the functional design of a point-of-sale system to interface with client’s existing inventory and sales processing systems.
