• Served as Infrastructure Track Team Lead for a Hyperion Financial Planning & Reporting implementation;  with primary responsibilities to provide leadership, guidance, coordination, and delivery related to the following areas of responsibility:
  • Infrastructure build, maintenance, and support
  • Bandwidth assessment and evaluation
  • Network connectivity support
  • System performance testing
  • Application migrations
  • User and desktop readiness
  • System security and access
  • Post go-live infrastructure ownership
• Implemented a Microsoft Active Directory-based schema and file system to replace Novell.  Project resulted in reduced complexity and redundancy for system and application access.
• Managed the technical project team during a JD Edwards (JDE) OneWorld ERP system upgrade, including seven environments.  Developed the detailed project plan;  defined equipment, resource, and budgetary requirements;  and managed the implementation.
•  Served as the JDE technical project manager for a large system implementation that included a conversion   from a mainframe-based legacy system to a JDE World / OneWorld coexistent environment.
